Use the Menu at Left edge of screen - left click once on topic
The BACK arrow on Top edge works, but try to left click
Some screens (Peds,General,Bone) have "links" on the page
That allow you to move quickly around that sub-topic
The Alphabetic search uses the GENERAL document
